After getting the perfect mixture of wet and dry ingredients, take a plastic ball and put the powder in it, then leave the bombs in it for a couple minutes so that they condense enough to be left in a towel for a couple days to dry and harden.

Once you have completed these few (and cheap!) steps, throw the bath bomb in your bathtub and enjoy the bubbles!
